Who is this for?
-BTD is for dancers eager to go beyond technical dancing and express authentic emotions through movement and finding their real intentions.
What if I’m out of state? Can I still do this program?
- Right now the program is only based locally in Oregon. One can come out to Oregon and stay for 8 weeks for the intensive masterclass. You would need to book your own place to stay. We are quickly working to implement the program Nationally! Hold on tight!
Will this program be available to be bought online? Will you need a certificate of approval to teach the program in Dance Studio?
- We are not ready to sell online yet but it is in the works! Yes, you will need a certificate to be approved to teach the techniques in studio.
Is this program for one student and one teacher or multiple?
- Currently this program is a one-on-one with Jenny Spencer.
Are all the supplies supplied by Beyond the Dance?
-YES!
What if the dancer is not connecting to the work and needs more time?
- We encourage you to book the Exclusive Coaching Program to get support until the competition circuit is completed.
Does Beyond the Dance teach how to dance?
- No, Dancers should have strong technique. Beyond The Dance teaches how to understand the meaning behind the steps provided!
Is Beyond the Dance just for the dancer who wants to dance professionally?
-Yes but also for the dancer looking to uplevel their performance.
What are the criteria that Beyond the Dance looks for before working with a Studio Owner and Dancer/s?
-Beyond The Dance looks for Studio Owners and Dancers who think outside the box. BTD looks for a studio owner who wants to grow their program from the normal day-in and day-out technique classes to a new way of approaching dance. BTD looks for those who are always learning and approaching new styles of teaching and have a desire to learn.
